The search bar in your reservation system gives you the option to look for a specific booking. To manage your reservations and inquiries, you can also use filters, and perform bulk actions to improve efficiency.

Search reservations
The default order of your Bookings & Inquiries is set to show you bookings which have been modified last at the top of the list. To search for one specific booking, use the Search Box:
- Go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Reservations.
- On the left navigation panel, click into the Search Box, type in the Guest Name or the Booking ID and hit Enter.
Filter reservations
To search for a certain type of booking, use the Filter.
- Go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Reservations.
- On the left navigation panel, click on the Filter Icon.
- A new slide window appears where you can select which filters to apply.

Today that have a certain activity today. Best used in combination with the filters Check-In, Check-Out and Stay.
e.g. see all bookings that have checked in today.Upcoming that lie in the future. Historic that lie in the past. Date Range that you have/had during certain dates. Check-In that have checked in on certain dates. Check-Out that have checked out on certain dates. Stay that stayed on certain dates. Booking Status - Open

you received via a certain channel. Unreplied where the last message in your conversation was from you to the guest.
💡 Note: Remember that most actions in the booking would send an automatic notification to your guest.Unread that you haven't opened/seen yet in your reservation system (maybe you have seen it already in your mailbox), or that have an unread message from your guest. that have an overdue payment/refund. Trash that have been deleted.
Example Use Cases:
1. Filter your bookings to see only booked reservations for the following 2 months.
- Select Date Range of the following 2 months
- Select Stay
- Select Booking Status Booked
- Click Apply
2. Filter all upcoming bookings that have an overdue payment.
- Select Upcoming
- Select Stay
- Select Overdue
- Click Apply
💡 Note: If you want to see certain bookings, e.g. upcoming check-ins, at first sight, every time you log into your account, click on make this view primary when setting up your filter. Please note that this primary view only applies to your device, so if you log into your reservation system afterward from a different device, you will need to set it up again.
💡 Note: Once you have applied the filters, you can download a booking report to get a report of these specific bookings.
Bulk actions
If you want to apply a certain action for more than one booking, you can use the Select Tool to save time.
- Go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Reservations.
- On the left navigation panel, go to the bottom and click Select.
- Select all the bookings for your action by ticking the boxes.
💡 Note: You can also apply a filter here, e.g. to see all declined bookings. - Click on Mark and select the bulk action you want to apply.
