Follow this guide if you receive a new booking inquiry from your website. A booking inquiry is a bookability setting you can choose for your rentals, along with instant booking and booking request. The guest will sent you an inquiry, and you can accept it or not.
Follow these steps to accept or reject them:
- Go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Reservations.
- Enter the booking inquiry which is marked in green with the booking status Open.
- Click Open and select the action you want to take from the drop-down menu.
- A new window will open up to send a message to the guest.
💡 Note: You can freely edit the booking at any point and send manual payment requests.
