The Lodgify Payments section shows all payments processed through Lodgify Payments, including successful, cancelled, and failed payments.
For failed payments, you can also see the reason why the payment didn’t go through.

Select a payment to view the following information and more:
- Lodgify Payments and Transaction fees total
- Booking ID and guest name
- Card type used by the guest
- Card expiry date
- Card country
You can also download the Payments report by selecting Export.
You can apply filters to see payments by status.

Why are all my Payments from guests not showing on the Lodgify Payments section?
Payments for bookings made via Vrbo or your website will appear here.
If you don’t see a guest’s payment, they may have paid using PayPal or bank transfer (if you have those payment methods set up). You can check the payment method by opening the reservation, and under the Transactions section, select Payment.
If you previously had a different payment gateway set up and later switched to Lodgify Payments, the guest may have paid through the previous gateway. In this case, check that gateway or payment method to confirm whether the funds are there.
Why do the amounts in the Payouts section differ from the Payments section?
The Payments section shows the total amount charged to the guest, while the Payouts section shows the amount you receive after fees and deductions are applied.
Because of this, the amounts in these two sections may not match exactly.
