Where is Lodgify Payments available?
Lodgify Payments is currently available to users in the United States. We’ll keep you updated as we expand to other regions in the future!

- Lodgify Payments is currently available for properties and rentals in select countries. You can find the full list of supported countries here.
- Rentals in Puerto Rico is supported
What is the payout schedule for Lodgify Payments?
Payouts are processed daily, so you get your money faster than ever!
As soon as your guest pays, your payout goes into processing. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few days to arrive in your account.
Please note, due to compliance checks your first payment can take up to two weeks to be processed and after that it will be processed daily.
By default, Lodgify Payments payout schedule is daily. Want to switch to weekly or monthly payouts instead? Just get in touch with us here!
Are the fees cheaper than Stripe?
Lodgify Payments fees are similar to Stripe’s.

Does the 1% transaction fee still apply?
Yes, the 1% fee still applies—it’s standard for all payment gateways. The transaction fee covers the technology and operational costs of securely processing your payments. This ensures your transactions are safe, reliable, and backed by dedicated support whenever you need it.
Do you offer any additional products with Lodgify Payments?
Absolutely! Lodgify Payments is a Lodgify product powered by Stripe so you get all the benefits and security that Stripe has to offer but Lodgify has control of the features so we can tailor it to your specific needs as a Vacation Rental host.
Can I still see my payments and transactions processed with Stripe after switching to Lodgify Payments?
Yes! You can still view your transactions and payments processed through Stripe — simply log in to your Stripe account “as usual” to access them.
Although Lodgify Payments is powered by Stripe, your Lodgify Payments account is distinct and separate from any existing Stripe account you may have.
What happens to my payouts and payments already scheduled with Stripe?
Any payouts already scheduled with Stripe will still be sent to your specified bank as planned.
What happens to guests’ scheduled payments after I switch to Lodgify Payments?
For bookings with scheduled payments, your guests will need to complete a new payment link for future payments to be processed through the Lodgify Payments gateway.
Depending on your settings, this action may be manual or automatic. This is required because Lodgify Payments (your new payment gateway) does not yet have the guest’s credit card details stored to process upcoming payments.
If the process is manual, you’ll need to send the guest a new payment request. You can learn how to do this in this article.
All new transactions will be automatically handled by Lodgify Payments.
What about my information with Stripe: is it still there after I switch to Lodgify Payments?
Yes! All the info in your old Stripe account is still there, and if you need any help, you can contact Stripe.
Lodgify Payments is powered by Stripe, but it’s a new account. Everything related to your payments and payouts through Lodgify Payments will be available right in your Lodgify account.
What reporting is available for Lodgify Payments?
You can view and download reports for all your payments and payouts right from your Lodgify account — making it easy to track your earnings anytime.
Can I still send additional payment links to my guests?
Yes! payment links can be sent to guests on the reservation page. Please see this article on how to send payment links for your guests.
How does the 1099-K form work if I switch to Lodgify Payments?
If you meet the IRS requirements for both Stripe and Lodgify Payments, you will receive a separate 1099-K for each account, as each account is treated individually for reporting purposes.
- If you meet the criteria for a 1099-K while using Stripe, you can download it directly from your Stripe account.
- If you meet the criteria for Lodgify Payments, you will be able to download it from your Lodgify account when available.
