Lodgify Payments: Edit your account information

The availability of Lodgify Payments is currently limited to some accounts.

You might need to update your Lodgify Payments information, such as adding any missing documents when creating your account or changing the bank account linked to your Lodgify Payments account.

To change your Lodgify payments information, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Lodgify account and select Settings.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click Payments.
  3. Under Lodgify Payments, select Manage account.Screenshot 2025-03-06 at 16.34.07.png
  4. Click on Edit and enter your new information.
    If you need to add ID documents required for your account creation, you can upload them under Personal Details.

💡 Notes:

  • Information is saved as it is filled in.
  • Changing the bank account will update the account where payouts are received, as well as where funds can be withdrawn for pending refunds or negative balances.
  • If a payout is marked as transit or paid on your dashboard, any changes made to your bank account will take effect in the next payout cycle. So if a payout is already in transit, it will be sent to your previous bank account, not the new one.
