The integration with Booking.com is a two-way synchronization.
Therefore, you'll be able to keep your calendar up to date by importing Booking.com reservations and synchronizing availability, as well as to export your prices and some rental details

Synchronisation types
There are two types of synchronization available for Booking.com:
- Full sync: synchronizes all the content from your Lodgify rental with your Booking.com listing.
- Sync prices and availability: synchronizes only bookings, prices, availability, and restrictions.
To find out which sync type your rental is using, follow these steps:
- Go to your left-hand menu and select Channel manager
- Click Booking.com and Edit.
- In the Booking.com data sync section:
- If you see Full sync, it means your rental is fully synced:
- Otherwise, your rental is not in full sync and is using prices and availability only:
- If you see Full sync, it means your rental is fully synced:
Export rental details
Rental content is only synchronized if your rental is in full sync. Otherwise, none of the rental content (such as the title, description, amenities, or images) is synchronized.Please note that you can still modify this content directly in Booking.com. However, any information coming from Lodgify will automatically overwrite and replace previously added content. Unsupported elements, such as certain amenities, added manually in Booking.com will be removed during the next content synchronization, as Lodgify’s information takes priority.

💡 Notes:
- The property status (Open, Closed, etc.) must be checked and managed directly on Booking.com.
- Remember that all rate plans must be synced from Lodgify for the rates and availability to be exported to Booking.com. Unmapped rates can cause discrepancies and lead to overbookings. Therefore, new rate plans must be set up in Booking.com, and you should request the connection through our Connectivity team.
- If you receive a date change as a special request on Booking.com, make sure to check that the new dates are available in your calendar before accepting. These requests are sent by guests regardless of your current availability, and if you accept without verifying, your calendar will be overridden, which may lead to overbookings.
