The integration with Google Vacation Rentals is a two-way synchronization.
Therefore, you'll be able to keep your calendar up to date by synchronizing availability, as well as exporting your prices and some rental details.

Standardized nightly price on Google Vacation Rentals
Google Vacation Rentals may display a standardized nightly price that does not exactly match the “nightly rate” shown in Lodgify.
This happens because Google calculates an average nightly rate by dividing the total booking cost by the number of nights. The total booking cost can include:
- Room rate (accommodation)
- Fees
- Taxes
The calculation works approximately as follows:
(room rate + fees + taxes) ÷ number of nights = standardized nightly price
💡 Important notes:
- This is display logic on Google’s side to standardize rates across partners, so Lodgify cannot change how the nightly price appears.
- The total price during the booking flow still matches Lodgify’s calculation, even if the nightly breakdown looks different.
- Guests might think the price has changed, but it’s only a different way of presenting the same total.
