You can contact our support team directly from your Lodgify account:

  1. On the top right corner click on Get help.

  2. A widget will appear where you can ask your question or describe your request.
    Please be as clear and specific as possible, and include any helpful details to receive the most accurate and helpful response.

  3. If your issue isn’t resolved, you’ll be able to contact our team directly through the widget. Support is available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, and Portuguese.

The Sales department will support you in everything while you are in trial, and will answer all your questions before opening an account.
