Nuki Integration

Nuki offers keyless entry with smart locks, allowing property managers to easily control and monitor access to properties. With 24/7 self check-in via keypad code, guests can access the property at their convenience. You can also manage access remotely using the Nuki App, providing full control from anywhere. Synchronization with our smart lock system enables the automatic sending of access codes, streamlining the check-in process and enhancing security.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and Nuki

Before setting up the connection, you will need to have an active Nuki Subscription as well as a Nuki smart lock with a keypad.
If you are not a Nuki client yet, you can sign up here.

Once you are registered and all set up with Nuki, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Lodgify account and activate the Smart Locks feature to connect to Nuki.
   Follow the instructions provided here to activate the Smart Locks feature and connect your Nuki devices.
2. Once your devices are imported into Lodgify, make sure to finalize the setup by completing tasks such as assigning the devices to rentals. After this, the integration will be complete.

Listings, reservations, devices activation and deactivation, key-codes, guest notifications will be managed from Lodgify while your Nuki Subscription & Account and the Lock Activity Log will be managed on Nuki.
