💡 Note: You will need your Lodgify User ID and API KEY to set up the connection in PriceLabs.
Set up the connection between Lodgify and PriceLabs
Setting up the connection between Lodgify and PriceLabs requires actions in both Lodgify and PriceLabs.
In Lodgify:
- Go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Settings.
- Then go to External rates and switch on external rates for your rental.
💡 Note: Once external rates are turned on for a rental, rates and minimum stay are no longer managed in Lodgify.
In PriceLabs:
- Log into your PriceLabs account and click Add your listings PMS / Channel manager.
- Select Lodgify from the drop-down menu.
- A new pop-up window will appear where you need to enter your Lodgify User ID and API Key in order to set up the connection of the accounts. Learn how to get your User ID and API Key.
- Once the connection is complete your listing will start importing.
💡 Note: This can take a few minutes. - After your rentals are imported they will show in your PriceLabs dashboard.
- You can now review automatically calculated nightly rates and add more settings like minimum stay or weekly/monthly discounts by clicking on Review prices.
💡 Note: Your minimum stay settings are managed via PriceLabs, not Lodgify. - Once the price settings are correct, go to your PriceLabs dashboard and switch on the Sync Prices toggle so PriceLabs will send rates to Lodgify every night.
- If you are ready to start synchronizing between PriceLabs and Lodgify, initiate the synchronization by clicking on the rental and then Sync Now
💡 Note: The first synchronization can take some time.
Now check that the rates are imported correctly in Lodgify. Just go to your Multi Unit Calendar view in Lodgify and turn on Show prices. If the nightly rates in the calendar reflect the ones from PriceLabs, the connection has been set up successfully.
