If you manage a short-term rental in the Puglia region, you are required to submit guest statistics to the Istat Puglia DMS portal.
Rental managers must regularly report the following data:
- Number of guests
- Nights spent
- Guest's nationality
- Type of accommodation.
Connect with Istat Puglia DMS
The first step is to register your account on the Puglia DMS portal. You can log in with SPID, CIE, or CNS. Only foreign operators with no access to SPID, CIE, or CNS can use their own access credentials.
In order to download your Statistics Report, follow these steps:
- On Lodgify, if you haven’t done so already, you will first need to activate the guest registration feature.
- Once activated, you will need to complete this section in the Guest Registration Form for Authorities tab for each rental you manage:
- Select the Puglia - DMS option, enter the number of rooms and beds, and click on Save Changes.
- Click on Send Report and select Send Puglia - DMS Occupancy Report to download the report.
- Select a date range to generate the DMS Report.
- An XML file will be generated and sent to your email. You can also find the report in the Documents tab, inside the Puglia DMS section, once it is created.
- Click on ZIP to download an individual file, or Download all to download all the reports.
- Finally, upload the report to the Puglia DMS portal.
