Send your guests' data to the Guardia Civil or the Policía Nacional Webpol through SES Hospedajes application of the Ministry of the Interior.
The responsibility to report guest information to SES Hospedajes lies with the person in charge of operating the accommodation.
Note that if you have rentals in the Autonomous Communities of the Basque Country and Catalonia, you should submit your guests' data and bookings to the Mossos or the Registro Hotelero de la Ertzaintza.

Create your SES Hospedajes account
To create your account on SES Hospedajes, complete the account setup on the SES Hospedajes page. You will need to register using a digital certificate.
When creating your account, keep the following in mind:
- The certificate is linked to the person's or company’s fiscal code (NIF), which for individuals consists of 8 digits followed by 1 letter (e.g., 12345678Z).
- The account is created using the NIF as the username.
- The host can create an access password to consult the system without needing to log in with the digital certificate.
- This password is chosen by the host and can be anything.
Only one SES Hospedajes account needs to be created. If you have multiple properties, you must add all of them under the same account.
Connect to SES Hospedajes
To connect Lodgify to your SES.Hospedajes platform, follow the steps below:
First, you need to enable the Web Service option for your account:
- Log in to the SES Hospedajes page, and in the table, look for "Acceso al registro de establecimiento y entidades". Then, in the Acceso column, click the @ button.
- Look for the Mis datos registrados section and click Acceder.
- And the end of the form, tick the box Envio de comunicaciones por servicio web and save the changes.
- After saving, you will receive an email from no-reply@hospedajes.mir.es with the credentials you will need to enter in Lodgify to establish the connection:
- Código de arrendador
- Código de establecimiento
- Usuario
- Contraseña
💡 Note: The username and password generated by the SES Hospedajes system are used to connect with Lodgify, and they are different from the credentials you use to log in to the SES platform.
The username sent via email is your original username with “WS” added at the end. The password is randomly generated by the SES system.
You will now have two sets of credentials: one for accessing the SES dashboard and one for the Web Service connection
Once you have created your SES Hospedajes account and activated the web service, you are ready to connect your Lodgify account.
- On Lodgify, if you haven’t done so already, you will first need to activate the guest registration feature.
- Once activated, you will need to complete this section in the Guest Registration Form for Authorities tab in Lodgify for each rental you manage:
- Fill out the required data and click the Validate button.
The mapping of fields between the data received via email and their corresponding labels is as follows:- Username = Usuario
💡 Note: You must add the username that appears in the email, which is identified by the "WS" at the end. - Password = Contraseña
- Establishment Code = Código de establecimiento
- Lessor Code = Código de arrendador
- Username = Usuario
- Select the Payment type at the end of the page and save changes.
Payment type is required for all reservations sent to SES Hospedajes. This dropdown is used to set a default payment method for all your reservations, helping you save time by selecting the most common option.
If you encounter an error while filling out this information, go back to the first steps on SES Hospedajes, untick and then tick the box Envio de comunicaciones por servicio web, and save the changes. This will trigger a new email with updated credentials that you can use to set up your connection on Lodgify again.
