If you manage a hotel, guest house, apartment, or other accommodation rental in the Sicily region, you are required to submit guest statistics through the Observatory portal. This obligation is mandated by regional tourism legislation to ensure accurate monitoring of tourism trends and compliance with local regulations.
Rental managers must regularly report the following guest data:
- Full name and date of birth
- Arrival and departure dates
- Nationality
- Type of accommodation

Connect to the Osservatorio Turistico
You will first need to get credentials from the Osservatorio Turistico:
- To obtain the credentials, contact the Sicily Region to request an UTENTE PMS account.
- To confirm that the region has made the change, when you go to the Tipo Profilo section of your Osservatorio Turistico portal, you should see Utente pms, and not Utente struttura recettiva:
Once you have the right account type and credentials, follow these steps:
- On Lodgify, if you haven’t done so already, you will first need to activate the guest registration feature.
- Once activated, you will need to complete this section in the Guest Registration Form for Authorities tab for each rental you manage:
- Validate your credentials and Save changes at the end of the page.
