If you manage a vacation rental in El País Vasco, Spain, you are required to submit guest data to the Ertzaintza in order to comply with local regulations.
If your rental is located in Spain and outside of Catalonia and the Basque Country, you can connect to SES Hospedaje.
Connect to Ertzaintza
To connect Lodgify to your Ertzaintza platform, follow these steps:
- On Lodgify, if you haven’t done so already, you will first need to activate the guest registration feature.
- Once activated, you will need to complete this section in the Guest Registration Form for Authorities tab in Lodgify for each rental you manage:
- Fill in your username and password (the same credentials you use to log in to your Ertzaintza account), and click Validate.
- Then, enter your establishment ID and click Validate again.
💡 Note: Guest data is automatically sent to the authorities on the day of check-in at approximately 19:00 UTC. If guests register after this time, you will need to send the data manually from the reservation.
