Manage your rental’s rooms details (BETA)

Provide more information about your rental by detailing the number of rooms, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.

Manage your rooms

To set up your rental's rooms :

1. Go to your left-hand menu and select Rentals. Then click on the rental you want to edit, and go to Rooms.
2. Click Add room to create a new room for your rental, or click an existing room to edit it.
3. When adding a new room, select the type of space to include in your rental's details. Then, choose whether it’s a Private room (such as a private bathroom), or untoggle the option if it’s shared.

4. When clicking on a room you've created, you can add extra details for certain types of rooms.

   Type of room	Extra details
   Bathroom Toilet	Bathroom / toilet ensuite: Indicate if the bathroom or toilet is directly connected to a bedroom. If yes, you can also specify which bedroom it's linked to.
   Bedroom Living room Sleeping area	Sleeping arrangements: Add more details about the types of beds and sleeping setups available in this room.
   All rooms except Sleeping area	Amenities: Add unique amenities for this room.

Assign photos to rooms

You can also assign photos to each room.

Assign an existing photo

1. Go to the Photos section of the rental.
2. Select the All photos tab to view all photos.
3. Click the three dots above the photo.
4. Select Assign to room.
   
5. Select the room you want to assign the photo to.

Alternatively, you can view and assign all existing unassigned photos from the By rooms tab.

Assign a new photo

1. Go to the Photos section of the rental.
2. Select the By rooms tab.
3. Click the pencil or plus icons next to the room.
4. Add a new photo to the room.

💡Note: Each photo can only be assigned to one room at a time. You can upload the same photo to multiple rooms.

Manage your room types (legacy feature)

When room types are activated, you’ll be able to add new room types and fill in their details. You can also specify what’s inside each one (for example, a bathroom, kitchen, or living room) by adding the relevant spaces.

To add spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms to your room types :

1. Go to your left-hand menu and select Rentals. Then click on the rental you want to edit, and go to Room types.
2. Click on a room type, then select Add room to create a new room or click an existing room to edit it.
3. Select the type of space to include and choose whether it’s a Private space (such as a private bathroom), or untoggle the option if it’s shared.

4. When clicking on a room you've created, you can add extra details for certain types of rooms.

   Type of room	Extra details
