If you want to create a new rental without adding it directly to your website, you can do so in the Rentals section. Once you are finished and want to publish it on your website, you might need to assign it to the correct website in case you have more than one website.
💡 Note: If you have created that rental already in Airbnb, you can import it directly into Lodgify without filling in all the information from scratch. Find out how to import a rental from Airbnb.

- Complete the basic rental details, such as maximum guests allowed, number of rooms, and amenities.
- Enter the price per night and select the rental currency.
- Make your rental listing stand out by adding a description. There are two ways to do this: you can write it yourself, or you can let AI help you.
To use AI, enter a short description of your rental of less than 300 characters (for example, "A stylish loft featuring urban views, ideal for work, shopping, and immersing in city living") and click Use AI.
The AI will then generate a description for you. You can give it a thumbs up if you like it or a thumbs down if you don't. If you're not satisfied, you can try again by clicking Regenerate.
You can also edit the description manually if you want. - Finally, you'll be required to select whether guests can instantly book your rental or they need to send a booking request.
- Once the rental is complete, you can open it or go back to your Dashboard.
