Guest registration: connect to eVisitor Police Portal (Croatia)

If you manage a vacation rental in the Croatia, it is mandatory to submit guest data to the eVisitor Police Portal. This step is required to comply with local regulations.

Connect to eVisitor Police Portal

To connect Lodgify to your eVisitor Police Portal, follow these steps:

1. On Lodgify, if you haven’t done so already, you will first need to activate the guest registration feature.
2. Once activated, you will need to complete this section in the Guest Registration Form for Authorities tab in Lodgify for each rental you manage:
3. Fill in your Username, Password and External Id fields and click Validate.

💡 Note: Guest data is automatically sent to the authorities on the day of check-in at approximately 22:00 UTC. If guests register after this time, you will need to send the data manually from the reservation.
