If you manage a vacation rental in Zurich, Switzerland, it is mandatory to send your guest data to Stadt Zürich in order to comply with local regulations.
Connect to Stadt Zurich
To connect Lodgify to your Stadt Zurich account, follow these steps:
- On Lodgify, if you haven’t done so already, you will first need to activate the guest registration feature.
- Once activated, you will need to complete this section in the Guest Registration Form for Authorities tab in Lodgify for each rental you manage:
- Fill in your username and password (the same credentials you use to log in to your Stadt Zurich account), and click Validate.
💡 Note: Guest data is automatically sent to the authorities on the day of check-in at approximately 19:00 UTC. If guests register after this time, you will need to send the data manually from the reservation.
