Reactivate a canceled account/subscription

If you canceled your subscription as you needed to take a break from the vacation rental business, you can simply reactivate your account whenever the time is right for you, and all the details from your website and reservation system will be reestablished.

💡 Note: In case you have canceled your subscription, but the last day of your subscription has not yet passed, please get in touch with our Support Team to assist you.

To reactivate your canceled account when your subscription has already expired, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Lodgify login page and sign in to your account.
  2. As your subscription has already expired, you will be redirected directly to our pricing page. Here you can select the number of rentals, and the subscription plan (Starter, Professional, Ultimate) that is most suitable for you.

  3. Once you have selected a plan type, you can choose when you want this subscription to renew (monthly, yearly, bi-yearly), and insert your billing address and your payment details.
  4. Now you can confirm your subscription and get back to managing your vacation rental website.
