Upgrade or downgrade your subscription

You can always change the subscription plan you are on, so for example if you currently have an annual subscription for one rental, you can add rentals at any point in time.

💡 Note: As long as your subscription is active (➡ not past due) you can always upgrade or downgrade. If your subscription is past due (this happens when your subscription expired and there is an amount pending to be paid), please contact our support team in order to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

Upgrade/downgrade your subscription

In order to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, go to your Account Menu in the top right corner and select Billing.

  1. Click Upgrade for the website you want to update.

  2. The system will show you the pricing plan, and you will be able to choose a different plan, add rentals or change the billing period:

If you upgrade the subscription, the system will charge you the prorated difference from your new plan until the end of your current subscription renewal date.

If you downgrade your subscription, the system will create a credit in your account, and the credits will be deducted from your next invoice.

🔎 Examples:

Upgrade Your subscription for 1 rental will end March 1st, 2024, so it is still one year active.
However, on April 22nd, 2023 you want to upgrade to 3 rentals. Your subscription will therefore be amplified to 3 rentals.
You will need to pay the proportional amount of the upgrade for the rest of the year now.
Once the subscription renews on March 1st, 2024 you will be charged the full price of the 1-year subscription for the 3 rentals.
Downgrade

If you downgrade your subscription, the system will create a credit note, and this amount of credit will be discounted in the next Lodgify invoice.
This amount will then be discounted on the invoice you will receive for the subscription renewal, for the booking fees, and for the transaction fees.
