Renewal policy
To ensure service continuity, Lodgify subscriptions renew automatically (tacit renewal).
This is outlined in our Terms & Conditions accepted when subscribing (see point 7/e), and it’s also displayed when you enter your payment details, for example during the subscription process or when changing your plan:
The subscription will auto-renew for the same billing period unless changes are made before the subscription expires.
View your renewal date
You can check your next renewal date anytime from the Billing section of your account:
From there, you can also upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
💡 Note: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
