Placeholders for automatic responses and saved replies

If you want to customize your automatic responses and saved replies with specific rental or booking information, you can do so by using messaging placeholders. The way placeholders work is that the software recognizes placeholders and automatically fills them with booking information or rental details.

🔎 Example: Hello {{GuestName}} automatically becomes Hello Adam Smith.

The available placeholders can vary between the types of automatic responses, so you can only insert the ones relevant to the standard content of the message. In the following, you will see the full list of available placeholders across all automatic responses and saved replies.
