If you cannot remember your password to access your Lodgify account and need to reset it. In the following, we will explain two processes depending on the method you use to log in. If you use your email to log in, the process is different than if you use Google, Facebook or Apple ID to log in.

Reset password if you use email
If you signed up to Lodgify using your normal email address and need to reset your password, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to https://www.lodgify.com/login
- Now click Forgot password?
. - In the following screen, insert the email address that you use to log into your account and click Continue.
- Within moments, you should receive an email from Lodgify Support with a link to reset your password. Click the link and set up your new password. You will then be redirected to your dashboard.
💡 Note: The reset link in the email will be active for 24h. In case a second reset request is triggered before the 24h have passed, the link from the first email will be automatically deactivated.
Reset password if you use Google, social media login or Apple ID login
If you signed up for Lodgify using your Google account, Facebook account, or your Apple ID with the Hide my email option enabled, you’ll just need to change your password on the relevant platform (Google, Facebook, etc.).
When you change your password, you’ll be prompted to log out of all active sessions, please make sure to select this option. Once done, you can simply log back into Lodgify using your Google, Facebook, or Apple ID.
If you don’t see this prompt, please contact us so that we can terminate and restart the sessions on your account.
