You can assign a rental to your website or disconnect a rental from your website, for example because you might be refurbishing it. Hiding the rental will not delete it from the system, so if you want to reconnect it in the future, it will be super easy.

Hide a rental from your website
To hide a rental from your website, you can do so from your rentals page.
- Go to your left-hand menu and select Rentals.
- Hover the mouse over the rental you want to hide/unassign from your website and click on the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Now select Unassign from website.
❗ Important:- When you unassign a rental, it will no longer be linked to the website. However, this does not affect your subscription. If you want to reduce the number of available rentals, you can unassign or delete the rental and then adjust your billing in the account settings. Find more instructions for downgrading or upgrading your subscription here.
- When hiding a rental from your website, all its associated pages and channel connections will be deleted. Your bookings and channel manager connections for this rental may also be impacted:
- If you use scheduled payments for this rental's bookings, you will need to handle all payments outside Lodgify, as the link to the bookings' check-out pages will no longer work.
- If you're connected to VRBO and / or Airbnb via API channel manager, the connection will not work as long as the rental is unassigned from the website. Simply reassign the rental to the website to restore the API channel manager connection.
- If you are connected to Booking.com via API channel manager, the connection will be deleted. To reconnect your rental, you must contact us to request reconnection.
⚠ Important: When disconnecting or un-assigning a listing from the website, Booking.com reservations for the disconnected listing(s) will be removed automatically, making your Lodgify calendar available for other bookings. If you're also connected to other OTA via Lodgify, we strongly recommend to immediately add the Booking.com iCal links to your Lodgify account to avoid double bookings. Once it is hidden, you will still be able to find the rental in your Rentals Section and can always reassign it to your website. If you prefer to delete the rental for good, learn how to delete a rental.
