- You will need a Vrbo account to push your listings to Expedia.
- Your listings must have Instant Booking enabled on Vrbo.
- Expedia Group has the final say and can decide whether to display your listings on Expedia.
- Listings are only pushed to Expedia; you will not have access to Expedia Partner Central. However, you can still find your Expedia listing URLs in your Vrbo account.
- Expedia bookings appear in both Vrbo and Lodgify, with Expedia clearly identified as the source.
- Rates, availability, payments, policies, and cancellations are managed directly in Lodgify.
- Messaging works the same way as for Vrbo bookings.
- Payments follow the Vrbo payment logic set in Lodgify.
- For rate or booking issues, you can contact Lodgify or Vrbo support.
- Vrbo listings are mirrored automatically across all points of sale (US, UK, sub-brands) without any action needed from your side.

Push your listings to Expedia
To push your listings to Expedia, simply publish them on Vrbo. Once your listings are live on Vrbo, they will automatically appear on Expedia as well.
To do this, create a Vrbo account, then log in to your Lodgify account and follow these steps:
- Go to your left-hand menu and select Channel Manager and choose Vrbo.
- Then click Connect to sign in to your Vrbo account or create one.

If you already have an Expedia connection, you can also do it from your Expedia connection:
- Go to your left-hand menu and select Channel Manager and choose Expedia.
- Click Sync rentals at the top right.
- You will be redirected to sync your Vrbo rentals. Please ensure you have a Vrbo account with the new listings you want to publish.
