Tourmie integration

Tourmie is an all-in-one guest experience application built to simplify hosting and elevate every aspect of the guest journey. From digital guides and online check-in to upselling tools and automation, Tourmie streamlines communication and operations for hospitality businesses. The platform helps you deliver seamless, personalized experiences that drive guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Through its integration with Lodgify, Tourmie imports property details to auto-create guest guides and pulls reservation data in real time to automate guest communication.

💡 Note: The app can be used globally, but support hours follow EU time zones, and the integration with ΑΑΔΕ (the Greek tax authority) is available for Greek users only.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and Tourmie

If you're not a Tourmie client yet, you can sign up here.

Once registered, log in to your Tourmie account and follow these steps:

1. After creating your account, you will have the option to import your properties via Airbnb if you have an Airbnb account. If not, you can skip this step and proceed to the next one.
2. Then, navigate to the Integrations section and find Lodgify.
3. Enter your Lodgify API key and press Create connection.
4. Once your account is connected, if you did not import your rentals from Airbnb, click the button to add your properties from Lodgify. Select the properties you want to import, and they will be added to Tourmie. 
   If you already imported your rentals from Airbnb, they will be mapped once you connect your Lodgify account.

Once the synchronisation is complete, rentals and reservations will be managed directly from Lodgify, while Upsells, Messaging, the guest check-in form, Guidebooks, and AADE must be managed on Tourmie.

Set the integration with ΑΑΔΕ

Tourmie integrates with ΑΑΔΕ, the short-term rental registry in Greece, allowing you to submit all bookings and booking values to the government directly through the app.

To set up the connection with ΑΑΔΕ, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Tourmie and go to Integrations
2. Click Other at the top and find the ΑΑΔΕ integration. 
   Click Connect.

Once connected, you will be able to: 

• Add your tax ID and account details to submit your booking information to the government.
• Manage the tax information required for all your rentals and link them to your tax account.
