Set up the connection between Lodgify and Smartness
If you are not a Smartness client yet, you can book a demo to get started.
To connect Lodgify with Smartness, you will first need to activate External Rates on Lodgify. to do so, follow these steps:
- In Lodgify, go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Settings.
- Then go to External rates and switch on external rates for your rental.
💡 Note: Once external rates are turned on for a rental, rates and minimum stay are no longer managed in Lodgify.
The connection will then be established on the Smartness side, you will be asked to provide your Lodgify API key; you can find here where to get it.
Synchronizations
Smartness generates rates based on your settings and its pricing algorithm, then automatically pushes those rates to Lodgify.
In the table below, you will see which settings need to be configured in Lodgify and which ones need to be changed in Smartness.
