Hostkit Integration

Hostkit is a tool that helps short-term rental hosts and tourism businesses in Portugal stay compliant with legal and fiscal requirements. It automates tasks like guest invoicing, SEF/AIMA reporting, city tax, Modelo 30, and more. Hostkit is certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority and integrates with over 70 government and partner services.

Through its integration with Lodgify, Hostkit received property data (once) and reservation data in real time from Lodgify, and can push smartlock keycodes back to Lodgify when applicable.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and Hostkit

If you're not a Hostkit client yet, you can start your free trial here.

Once registered, log in to your Hostkit account and follow these steps:

1. On your left-hand menu, click Properties and select Importar from Channel Manager:
   
2. Click on the Lodgify logo, enter your Lodgify API key, and click Import properties:
   
   
3. To import your reservations initially, your left-hand menu, click Reservations and then select Import from Channel Manager:
   
   

Your reservations and rentals will be managed from Lodgify while the Government Invoicing, Expenses, Guidebooks, Tax forms, Reporting, SEF and Keycodes will be managed on Hostkit.
