Set up the connection between Lodgify and Botel AI
If you are not a Botel AI client yet, you can sign up for a free trial here.
- Once you create an account on Botel AI, you will be prompted to fill out some information and connect your PMS.
- Choose Lodgify:
- Fill out the required information, and add your Lodgify API key.
Note that it may take some time for all property information and guest communications to appear. Once connected, Botel AI will import all listings, messages, and reservations, allowing you to manage all your messages within Botel AI.
Your rentals, reservations, fees, rules, availability, and rates will be managed from Lodgify, while messages and WhatsApp communication will be handled through Botel AI.
