Authenticate Integration

Authenticate is a guest screening tool that detects fake bookings, prevents chargebacks, and verifies guest identities in under 30 seconds. It helps you block unauthorized access and ensure security by screening guests against national and international databases.

💡 Note: Some services like background checks is only available for US residents.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and Authenticate

If you are not a Authenticate client yet, you can sign up here.

Once registered, follow these steps to connect:

1. Log in to Authenticate, navigate to the Integrations section and find Lodgify:
2. Copy and paste your Lodgify API key and Activate the integration.
3. Once the integration is complete, you will need to configure two features of Authenticate: Brand and Medallion.
4. When these are applied to specific listings, a verification link will be automatically generated after any booking is confirmed. Learn more about how the guest verification link works.

Your rentals and reservations will be managed from Lodgify while Verification requests, Background checks, Workflows and Brands will be managed on Authenticate.
