Glamping Hub Integration

Glamping Hub is the leading booking platform for unique accommodations in nature. Guests can go to their site to browse and book an accommodation, make a payment, and enjoy a unique stay.

With the Glamping Hub integration, you will be able to automatically export your listings, rates, and availability to Glamping Hub to expand your rental distribution channels and increase your booking requests. When you list with Glamping Hub, your property will also be visible on Kayak and Google Travel for more exposure.

⚠ Important: Only rentals using the following currencies are compatible with the integration with Glamping Hub: USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD and EUR.

Requirements

In order to be able to connect Lodgify with Glamping Hub, you need to fulfil a set of requirements:

  • It is necessary to have an account set up on Glamping Hub. Please click here to create an account.
    💡 Note: Glamping Hub does not charge a subscription fee; instead, there is a 4% host service fee. You can access detailed information about Glamping Hub fees here.
  • You must meet Glamping Hub requirements and limitations.
  • You must have the same number of rentals on Lodgify and on Glamping Hub. You will be able to choose which ones you want to propose or not.
  • The integration will not be possible with the bookable units feature active.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and Glamping Hub

The connection will be established on the Glamping Hub side, after filling in their onboarding questionnaire. You will be asked to provide your Lodgify API key; you can find here where to get it.

After the integration is established, your listings will either be imported from Lodgify into your Glamping Hub account, or connected if they already exist.

Once the connection is complete, do not forget to remove your iCal links on Glamping Hub if you had some.

Amenities

Not all amenities are mapped, but those that aren't will be explicitly listed in the property description.

Address, Zipcode & Directions

The address will be imported, unless you've turned on "hide address from my website" in Lodgify. If you did, Glamping Hub will ask you to manually enter the rental address.

Photos

Glamping Hub will import the first 40 photos.

💡 Note: The listing content is updated weekly, except for the photos, which are updated daily.

Rates, availability & restrictions

The following rate settings, availability, and restrictions will be exported to Glamping Hub:

Availability will be synchronized with Lodgify calendar.
💡 Notes: 

  • You will no longer be able to edit your Glamping Hub calendar manually, calendar must be edited from Lodgify.
     
  • You may not see a Lodgify block in your Glamping Hub calendar, but it does not mean these dates are available on the guest side.
Rates ✔️ The standard and seasonal rates will be exported
💡 Note:  You will no longer be able to access your Glamping Hub Rates tab, they will be managed from Lodgify
Bookability You can use either Instant booking or Booking request for your Glamping Hub listing.
Payments Glamping Hub is the merchant of record, all the payments will be managed on Glamping Hub.
Cancellation policy ✔️ Glamping Hub will manually check the cancellation policy set in Lodgify to manually select the closest Glamping Hub cancellation policy.

Currency The currency is managed on Glamping Hub and does not necessarily have to match that of Lodgify.

Discounts ✔️ Flat and percentage discounts set for the Lodgify website will be exported. On the guest side, there won't be a visible indication of a promotion, but the price will take the discount into account.

Bookings

Reservations will be exported to Lodgify, but if a guest needs to make any modifications to their reservations, either you or the guest should reach out to Glamping Hub.
💡 Note: Glamping Hub bookings are not subject to 1% transaction fee, or any booking fee

Bookings modifications

If there are modifications to a reservation, they must be made on Glamping Hub and the updated details will then be sent back to Lodgify.

Booking status

All reservations will come through as bookings without a quote with the booking status “booked”.
The total amount will show as $0 on the reservation, but you can see the pricing breakdown in the messaging thread. Therefore, Glamping Hub reservations are not included in the reports.

💡 Important: You should not add a quote manually, or this will change the booking status to “tentative” and your guest will be sent an email requesting an additional payment.

Booking details

Glamping Hub will send the following reservation details:

    • guest name
    • guest email alias
    • guest phone number
    • number of guests
    • dates of stay

Inbox

Inbox messaging is not currently supported, but you can send a saved reply and it will reach the guest via email.
