Clearing is a trust accounting and automated bookkeeping solution for short-term rental operators. Use the Clearing integration to collect & track your cash flow from multiple sources, manage your expenses, generate owner statements and pay homeowners & vendors.
💡 Notes:
- ⚠️ Clearing is currently only available in the USA and Canada.
- At the moment, the availability of virtual bank accounts and Automated Clearing House payments (ACH payments) is limited to the USA. Nevertheless, comprehensive bookkeeping and owner statement capabilities are accessible in both the USA and Canada.
- Clearing does not currently work with Lodgify Payments. If you would like to use the Clearing integration, you must select Stripe as your payment option.
Set up the connection between Lodgify and Clearing

Log in to Clearing and click on the three dots at the bottom of the page, then click Integrations.
- Click on the Connect button next to Lodgify.
- Paste your Lodgify API key and click Connect.
Clearing will then receive all your rentals, bookings and quotes automatically.
