If your rental is connected to Booking.com via the Channel Manager, you can see for which room types (and IDs) the connection is set up, and edit the mark-up directly on the rental's Sync settings.
Find out how to edit the channel configurations for Airbnb professional, Expedia and HomeAway/VRBO.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Rentals.
- Choose the rental you want to edit, and go to Sync settings.
- In the section Booking.com, you can see which Booking.com listing is connected to this Lodgify rental.
💡 Note: If you want to connect a new rental or edit the rate plan, please get in touch with our Connectivity Team.
Now click on the pencil icon next to the Status column. - A new page will open up where you can edit the following settings:

The mark-up is the percentage adjustment that will be applied to the base rate sent to Booking.com. You can use the mark-up to increase or decrease the price sent to Booking.com. Example:Base rate in Lodgify: $100 per night Mark-up: 15% ➡ Base rate in Booking.com: $115 per night 💡 Note: You can use this feature to counterbalance, for example, the Booking.com commission. |

Enable the toggle in order to start configuring the advance notice and booking window. 💡 Note: If the toggle is disabled, no advance notice nor booking window will be applied.

Choose how many days in the future guests can book. Select "Inherited from rental" in order to use the same settings for Booking.com as for your Lodgify website. 💡 Notes:
