Quickly override your nightly prices and minimum stay

Easily change your nightly price and/or minimum stay for specific dates. Use it for occasional adjustments, such as filling a gap between reservations or adjusting your price for a local event or holiday weekend. For the dates you select, the override replaces your default price or season rates, and your minimum stay. Your pricing settings are not changed, and they apply again once you remove the override.

💡 Notes:

  • If you want to set a different price or minimum stay for a longer or recurring period, such as high season or holidays, you can create season rates.
  • A nightly override applies only to available dates. If a day is already booked, the override does not apply.
  • The nightly override function is only available for users with the permission “Can edit the Calendar and the Reservations”. Learn more about your users' permissions.
  • When you import a listing from Airbnb, any nightly overrides will be imported into your Lodgify calendar. Therefore, if you see any overrides that you didn't create, they may have been imported along with the rental.
  • This feature will not work with external rates (PriceLabs, Beyond, or Smartness). If you activate external rates, you will not be able to add, edit, or delete a nightly override, even if you haven't connected a pricing tool, and any overrides you already created are replaced by your external prices. Switch off external rates to manage your nightly overrides.

⚠️ Important: Your price and minimum stay are applied in this order: default settings, then season rates, then nightly overrides. A nightly override therefore takes priority over your default price, the minimum stay set in Availability, and your season rates for the dates it covers. Later changes to those settings will not apply to overridden dates until you remove the overrides.

Use cases

This feature lets you:

  • Apply different prices and minimum stays for specific dates in a few clicks, without changing the pricing and rules configured in your rental settings.
  • See which dates have overridden prices in your calendar.

For recurring or planned pricing, such as high season, holidays, or a different minimum stay for part of the year, use season rates instead.

⚠️ Important: A nightly override also changes how other pricing applies to the selected dates:

  • Short stay prices do not apply.
  • It replaces your weekly and monthly rates. On Booking.com, this can cause short stays to be booked at a weekly or monthly price. Avoid this by using season rates instead.
