The Reports section of your Lodgify account helps you keep an overview of your activity with analytics, transactions, and current occupancy of your rentals.

Access Reports
To access Reports in your Lodgify account, go to your left-hand menu, select Advanced, and then click on Reports.
You can now click on the different options in the menu on the left, depending on your subscription:

Understanding Reports
In your reports section, you can see and download analytics on your business, today's check-ins, check-outs and a list of current ongoing bookings as well as search a specific booking. In your Transaction reports, you can see each payment and refund that you have received or is scheduled within Lodgify.

Financial overview |
Gives you the option to download a CSV file with reservation data.
To generate the report, click Generate CSV and filter the reservations. The report will include the confirmed bookings if the departure date falls within the selected date range. For canceled bookings, the report will include those whose cancellation date falls within the range. ⚠️ Important: The data available only includes reservations that were created on or after March 8th, 2025, regardless of their check-out date. |

Shows all payments that you have received and refunds that you have made through Lodgify. The information that you can see is:
If you click on a specific transaction, a new slider will open up where you can see further details about the payment, e.g. which payment gateway was used and can also see if there are further payments scheduled for this booking. |

Shows all payments and refunds that were scheduled in Lodgify but are still outstanding. The information that you can see is:
If you click on a specific transaction, a new slider will open up where you can see the details of the scheduled payment and can click on the Booking reference to be directed to the respective booking in the Reservation System. |

Shows reservation details of all bookings with check-in for today's date. Click on a reservation to view it in the Reservations section of your account. |

Shows reservation details of all bookings with check-out for today's date. Click on a reservation to view it in the Reservations sectionof your account. |
Daily management Currently hosting |
Shows reservation details of all bookings with guests currently staying at one of your rentals. Click on a reservation to view it in the Reservations section of your account. 💡 Note: a reservation with a check-in or check-out today won't appear in the "currently hosting" section. |
