You can download your owner statements in PDF and XLS formats in case you want to keep them or send them to your owners.
💡 Notes:
- Owner statements are moving to Reports. To find them, go to your left-hand menu, select Advanced, and then click on Reports. Select Owner statements from the left sidebar.
- Statements you created in PM Modules do not appear there. To find those, go to your left-hand menu, select Advanced, and then click on PM Modules, and click Owner statements from the left menu bar.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to your left-hand menu, select Advanced, and then click on Reports.
- Select Owner statements from the left sidebar.
- Find the statement you want to download:
- Click an owner to see all statements linked to that owner, or
- Click Statements to view all statements.
- Once you have located the statement, click on it.
- A new window will open. Click Download in the bottom-right corner and select the format you want to download the report in.
