Choosing your website's design is the first step you should take when you start building your personal website. With Lodgify, you can choose between four beautifully pre-designed and mobile-friendly website templates built using responsive web design (they automatically adjust to fit any screen size).

By default, the template page appears when you log in to Lodgify for the first time and choose your website name. However, you can rebuild your website from scratch and switch to a different template at any time.
All the templates display a Home Highlights section, as long as you have activated at least one of them in the rental overview's amenities. There are four possible home highlights:
- Pets welcome (includes: Pets welcome, Pets allowed only after arrangement)
- Parking (includes: Parking garage, Parking, Parking lot, On-street parking, Parking Included, Parking Optional)
- All-inclusive (includes: All inclusive meal-plan, Parking Included, Breakfast included, Housekeeper Included, Laundry service Included)
- Broadband Internet (includes: Broadband internet, Dial-up internet, Wireless internet)
💡 Note: All the settings below can easily be changed at any point.
You will also have a House Rules section, which displays information pulled from your rental amenities, such as "no smoking", as well as the check-in and check-out times set in the Policies section of your rental settings.
Adjust your website's template
To configure your website's design template:
- Go to your left-hand menu and select Website Builder.
- In the Styles tab, you can choose which template you want to use:
Adjust your website's colors
You can adjust the colors in the Styles tab for the following elements on your website:
- Business name: If you do not upload a logo image, the Business name you configured in the Logo settings will show. With this field, you can set the color.
- Links
- Buttons and actions
- Header background: This is the menu bar background.
- Header links: Menu items.
💡 Note: You can choose from the predefined pallets from your template, and easily customize your website colors by clicking into the color for each item.
Adjust your website's fonts
You can choose your website's fonts in the Styles tab for:
- Heading: Heading fonts affect all titles on your website, including the title on your hero image.
- Paragraph: All paragraphs are changed to this font (i.e., body text). This includes links.
- Buttons: All buttons are affected.
Adjust your website's buttons
You can adjust the button styles from the Styles tab as well:

Style: Choose whether your buttons should have a solid color or only colored text and outline.
- Border: Choose the shape of your buttons.
Adjust your website's logo settings
Finally, you can update your logo settings from the Styles tab:
- Logo image: Upload a logo image in any of the following supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF. Ideal aspect ratios are 2:1 or 1:1 (square image). Size should be 400px x 192px (min. height 60px).
- Business name: Enter a business name and select the font.
- Tagline: Create a tagline and select the font.
- Logo URL: Add a URL to your logo. Guests will be redirected to this URL when clicking the logo.
