Create or delete a closed period (BETA)

If you want a rental to be unavailable for bookings during a certain time, you can manually create a closed period on your calendar to block availability. Periods closed manually can always be deleted to open up your calendar for bookings. This information will be sent to your connected OTAs.

💡 Note: If you have several units of a rental, it is not possible to close only a specific unit of the rental (all units will be closed).

Create a closed period

  1. Go to your left-hand menu and select Calendar.
  2. Choose your preferred view: Single Calendar to manage one rental, or All Rentals Calendar to manage all rentals.
    1. From the Single Calendar
      1. Once you’ve selected your rental, click on the date or range of dates you want to close. On the right side, select Close Period.
      2. In the side panel, review the dates and optionally add a Note.

    2. From the All Rentals Calendar
      1. Click on the date or range of dates you want to close.
      2. Click Create Closed Period.
      3. Confirm the rental and dates, and optionally add a Note.

Closed dates appear with a strikethrough on the Single Calendar, and as a black bar on the All Rentals Calendar.
