PM Modules - Booking & alert symbols explained

When you are inside the Bookings section of PM Modules, you will see a list of your bookings next to an icon that indicates the booking status. The icons should help you identify those bookings that have some problems related to payments or situations that require attention, such as arrivals and departures.

In the following table, you will find what each icon means and when it appears:

Symbol	Explanation
Booking with no alerts (house icon)	This icon indicates that the booking is ongoing and there are no further alerts to consider.
Booking arriving (plane landing icon)	The landing airplane indicates the arrival of a booking on the specified day.
Booking departing (plane take-off icon)	The airplane that is taking off indicates the departure of a booking on the specified day when there are no other alerts to be noticed.
Missing payments alert (dollar crossed icon)	This is an alert symbol that indicates that the booking has outstanding payments. This only appears from the arrival day onwards and will disappear once you have added the missing payments in the payments tab of the reservation, and the booking is fully paid. If you are using security deposits, the alert will then turn into a missing security deposit alert in case the total amount of the payments received is lower than the booking cost + security deposit.
Missing security deposit alert (cross icon)	This alert symbol indicates that the booking payments are completed but the security deposit is not fully paid. This only appears from the arrival day onwards and will disappear once you have added the missing payments in the payments tab of the reservation, and the deposit is fully paid.
Already left alert (exclamation icon)	This is the most critical alert! It appears when the guest has already left and there are still missing booking payments. The alert will disappear once you have added the outstanding amount via the payments tab to the corresponding booking.
Amount of guests (people icon)	This symbol informs you about how many guests are registered for a particular booking. 💡 Note: If there is a smiley, it means that the booking contains kids.
Payment overdue (bell icon)	This symbol informs you that there is a payment overdue for this reservation.
