To set up the connection between the Lodgify MCP and your AI application, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have an active Lodgify account
- Have a paid Claude or ChatGPT subscription
How to connect the Lodgify MPC to ChatGPT
You can connect Lodgify MCP to ChatGPT manually by following these steps:
- Open ChatGPT.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Plugins and select Browse plugins.
- Click the Plus + icon to add a new custom plugin.
- Enter the name and server URL:
- Name: Lodgify MCP
- Server URL: https://mcp.lodgify.com/mcp
- Select OAuth as the authentication details and click Advanced OAuth settings.
- Enter the authentication details:
- Client ID: lodgify.mcp
- OAuth client secret: Leave this field blank
- Select I understand and want to continue, then click Create.
- Sign in to Lodgify MCP and authorize the connection.
- Open a new chat in ChatGPT to start using the Lodgify MCP plugin.
How to connect the Lodgify MCP to Claude
You can connect Lodgify MCP to Claude manually by following these steps:
- Open Claude.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Connectors and click Add.
- Enter the name and server URL:
- Name: Lodgify
- Server URL: https://mcp.lodgify.com/mcp
- Select Sign in now and choose Use your own OAuth client.
- Enter the authentication details and click Add:
- Client ID: lodgify.mcp
- OAuth client secret: Leave this field blank
- Click Connect to sign in to Lodgify and authorize the connection.
- You can start using the connection in your Claude app.
Test the Lodgify MCP connection
Once the connector is installed in your AI application, you can start using it to consult your Lodgify data. Here are a few example prompts you can use to try it out:
- Show me every 1- or 2-night gap next month I could fill with a promotion.
- How many reservations did I receive in the past month for rental A?
- What's my occupancy for the next 30 days on rental B?
- Are there any guest messages I still haven't replied to?

What data does the AI manage?
The AI application you use only reads the data you authorize. It does not make any changes to your Lodgify account. You remain the processor for all your guest data.
