Create, edit, and delete owners for owner statements (BETA)

💡 Note: This article covers the new version of owner statements available from the Reports section, which is currently in beta. If you don’t see the option to manage them in the reports, please follow the classic instructions in this article instead.

Create a new owner

To create owners, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your left-hand menu, select Advanced, and then click on Reports.
  2. Select Owner statements from the left sidebar.
  3. Click + Owner to add a new owner.
  4. A slide-in window will open, where you will need to fill in three types of information:
    • The owner profile: Enter the owner’s information. If this owner is also a user in your Lodgify account, select Associate user to pre-fill the fields and give them access only to their own statements.
    • The owner's rentals: Select the rental(s) associated with this owner.
    • The payout rules: Define how the reservation earnings are shared between the manager and the owner, including room rate, fees, and taxes. Learn more about payout rules here.
  5. Once completed, click Save.

Edit an owner

To edit the profile information, associated rentals, or payout rules of an owner, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your left-hand menu, select Advanced, and then click on Reports.
  2. Select Owner statements from the left sidebar.
  3. Click the owner, then click the pencil icon to edit the information related to that owner.

Delete an owner

To delete an owner, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your left-hand menu, select Advanced, and then click on Reports.
  2. Select Owner statements from the left sidebar.
  3. Click the three dots on the right, then select Delete.

    💡 Note: Deleting an owner will also delete all their statements.
