The calendars available on your website allow your guests to book directly your rentals for their stay. This article helps you understand how it works, its features, and how to manage it effectively to improve your guests' booking experience.
The location of the calendar on the website
The booking calendar is available on various pages of the website and is a gateway to booking. The pages depend on whether you have one or several rentals, but here are the pages where the calendar is available: the homepage, the property page, the availability calendar page and on some sections (the contact, booking inquiry and search sections).

Understand calendar restriction settings
The booking calendar displays the restrictions defined for each rental in your Lodgify account. On both desktop and mobile versions, if a date is not available, a message indicates that it is not possible to book on that day.
Here are the restrictions taken into account when searching for specific dates for a rental:

💡 Notes:
- In case you have several rentals on your website, the above restrictions are not displayed in the calendar of the Homepage and of the All properties page.
- If you have availability and/or check-in/out restrictions in the calendar, make sure you have checked your check-in/out and minimum stay requirements on Lodgify, on both your nightly price and season rates, but also on any other third-party applications that may affect them (e.g. PriceLabs).
Change the design of the calendar
To change the design of the calendar like the colors, go to your Main Menu in the top left corner, select Website builder and Styles. By clicking Buttons and Actions, you can choose a new color for your calendar.
