When you connect Lodgify to Airbnb via the channel manager, you allow information to be synced between endpoints on both platforms. An endpoint is where data is gathered, in one end, from an API so that it can be synchronized at the other end. Lodgify uses endpoints to communicate data to Airbnb, such as rental prices, descriptions, and photos.
The table in this article details exactly what is synced, crucial for understanding error messages that may arise in the API connection between Lodgify and Airbnb. It is also essential when reaching out to our support team or the Airbnb support team.

Find the Airbnb endpoints
To check whether there is a connection problem on an endpoint for one or more of your rentals, follow these steps:
- Go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Channel manager.
- Choose Airbnb.
- Below Sync Status, if you see the message Failed to sync, this means that there is an error in one of the listing points.
- You can click on Failed to sync to see the endpoints and the error message:
The list of endpoints is displayed, you can see when the last synchronisation took place and the error message in case no synchronisation could be sent:

Consult the table below for all synchronized endpoints:
💡 Note: Be aware that the below values will only be updated when there is a price, availability, or content change registered in your synchronized Lodgify rental. If no change is applied, we will keep syncing your Lodgify settings to Airbnb, but no update in values will be registered.
