In April 2021, VRBO introduced a new partner-only fee commercial plan (''professional plan''), for property managers in all locations outside of America.
With this update, property managers on this professional plan pay a commission of 12% to 15% on each booking, depending on where a property is located - while their guests no longer pay a VRBO traveler service fee.
What you need to know
- The only factor affecting the fee is where the property is based. Some countries have 12% and some have 15%. You can see the corresponding commissions for each of your listing on your
VRBO property manager dashboard.
