The PM Modules give you the opportunity to upload Booking Pictures, Rental Pictures, and Payment Pictures (learn more about picture types here).
If you are looking for a specific photo but can't remember which booking it belonged to, you can simply search for it in your Pictures section.
It can be useful in the case of a broken lamp, or the proof of a payment.
💡 Note: This section is available on the PM Modules website only, not on the Lodgify mobile app.
Just follow these steps:
- Go to the PM Modules section, and select Pictures from the sidebar menu.
- Here you can see all pictures your team has uploaded.
💡 Note: If you cannot see a certain picture, you might not have access to it, depending on your role or permissions. Learn more about roles. - To search for a specific picture, you can use the filters.
To see... do the following: Payment Pictures Switch the Booking Pictures toggle off and the Payment Pictures toggle on. Booking Pictures Switch the Payment Pictures toggle off and the Booking Pictures toggle on. Rental Pictures Switch both, Payment and Booking Pictures on or off. Only pictures of a specific rental. Click All Rentals and then select the rental whose pictures you want to see. You can also filter the rentals by City or Owner. Then click Save. - Once you have found the picture you are looking for, you can see some details about who uploaded it when. In case of a Payments or Booking Picture, you can also see which booking and rental the picture belongs to and can directly access it.
