PM Modules - What to do if you can't see some rentals or features

If you can't see certain features of the PM Modules or have no visibility on a rental, this is most likely due to your role and access permissions.

Depending on the role that you were assigned by the account holder, you will have access to more views and have more freedom in making modifications. Learn more about roles and permissions here

If you can't see a rental in your profile, it is most likely that the account holder hasn't given you access yet to the rentals. Please get in touch with them and ask them to give you access.

Also, please note that some permissions are reserved for the account holder only.

💡 Note: Sometimes it can happen that the account holder has already given you access to a rental or a feature set, but you haven't closed and reopened the mobile app yet. Please do so, to ensure your app content is updated.
