Specify your Policy, Bookability, check-in times and include your rental agreement to make sure guests know all the terms and conditions that apply for a stay at your rental.
This is also where you can add your License for Booking.com, in case you are in a region that requires a license to operate legally and sell your inventory
To edit your Booking Policies:
- Go to your Main Menu in the top left corner and select Rentals.
- Choose the rental you want to amend and select Policies.
Now you can configure the following:- Policy: You can assign a policy for bookings made for this rental. Policies define the payment schedule, cancellation rules, and the amount of the security deposit. Find out how to set up booking and cancellation policies.
- Bookability: Here you can decide if you accept Instant Bookings, Booking Requests, or Inquiry Only. Learn more about each setting and how they influence the booking process in this article.
- Check-in / Check-out times: Specify at which time you require guests to check out and from which time they can check in.
- The rates info allows you to add extra details visible on the rates page of your Lodgify website.
- Rental agreement: Here you can include a rental agreement to define rental rules and regulations for you and the guest. Learn more about rental agreements.
- Licenses: From this section, you can view, edit, or add your license. This license will only be sent to Booking.com and used exclusively for your rental on their platform. If your rental is not connected to Booking.com, this section will not be visible. If no license is required in your region, this section will be disabled.
- Once all this is set up, don't forget to save your changes.
