Edit channel configurations for Booking.com (BETA)

If your rental is connected to Booking.com via the Channel Manager, you can see and manage your connection directly in the Channel manager.

Find out how to edit the channel configurations for Airbnb professional and HomeAway/VRBO.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your left-hand menu and select Channel manager
  2. Click Booking.com and Edit.You can edit the following settings:
Setting Notes
Publish listings for this rental

Choose whether you want to publish your listing on Booking.com.
Switch the toggle to publish or unpublish.

💡 Note: If you cannot see this option, it means you are using the old version of the connection. You can then move to the next table to follow the instructions related to the older connections.

Booking.com data sync You can check whether your Booking.com listing is on full sync or on rates-and-availability-only sync.
Channel settings

You can adjust:

  • The mark-up: the price increase or decrease sent to Booking.com
  • The cancellation policies and if they also apply to weekly / monthly rates
  • The booking method (Booking.com supports Instant Book only).

Click the pencil icon to make these changes:

Pricing settings

Review how your Lodgify fees and taxes are sent to Booking.com for each rental.

If you don’t want a specific item to be sent to Booking.com, click the pen icon to update it and untick the charge boxes.

Unsync Click the button if you want to remove the synchronization of this rental between Lodgify and Booking.com.

Do not forget to Save at the end of the page.
