Manage your reservations on the Lodgify mobile app

The Lodgify mobile app provides easy access to your calendar and reservations, enabling you to create new reservations and edit them effortlessly.

Create a new reservation

From the mobile app, you can create a reservation by going to the Reservation section and tapping the + icon.

You can also create a reservation by going to the Calendar section and selecting the start date, followed by the end date.

💡 Note: During reservation creation, if a Save button appears, tap it to save your changes. Otherwise, changes are saved automatically when you go back.

You can then choose from the following elements (options may differ depending on whether you’re creating a reservation with or without a quote):

  1. Rental info: Tap to edit the selected rental, the dates, the number of guests, and the source of the reservation.
  2. Quote: Tap to edit the different charges of the reservation.
    • Tap the + icon to add new charges.
       
    • Swipe left to remove charges.

  3. Guest info: Enter the guest information (the first name is mandatory).
  4. Policy: Select if there is a policy associated with the reservation, and choose which policy applies.
  5. Share to guest: Tap to quickly send the booking details to your guest via Email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel available on your phone.
  6. Finally, tap Create reservation to save the reservation.

Once completed, you will have access to the reservation and can manage it, for example by sending the quote to your guest.

Edit a reservation

To manage your existing reservations from your mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the reservation from the Calendar section.
  2. When editing the reservation details, if a Save button appears, tap it to save your changes. Otherwise, changes are saved automatically when you go back.
  3. In the reservation details, you can:
    • Edit the guest details or add notes by tapping the pen icon.
    • Tap Message guest to communicate with your guest via the Lodgify inbox.
    • Tap Open reservation to make changes to the quote or reservation status. You can find the rules for how to modify a quote depending on the reservation status in this article.

Edit a quote

If you want to update charges in a quote:

  1. Read this article if you're unsure how to edit your quote.
  2. Once you're inside the quote's charges section:
    • Tap the + icon to add new charges.
    • Swipe left to remove charges.

      Changes are saved automatically, so there is no need to save manually.
