The Lodgify mobile app provides easy access to your task calendar, enabling you to view and manage your tasks effortlessly.

Access the task calendar
You can access the task calendar by selecting Tasks at the top of the screen:
Tasks are color-coded to help you easily understand their status:
Status | Color |
Upcoming | Grey |
Not assigned | Blue |
Overdue | Red |
Inspection pending | Orange |
Completed | Green |
Apply a filter
You can view your task board and apply a filter by clicking the filter icon at the top right of the screen:
You can filter tasks by:
- The task status
- The rentals linked to the task
- The team roles assigned to that task (available only to the account holder, administrators and rental managers)
- The assignee (available only to the account holder, administrators and rental managers)
Create a task
To create a task, go to your task calendar and select the green + icon at the bottom right:
Add a title, description, start and end times, assign it to the right team member, and add a template if you want to.
Do not forget to click Create task.
Complete a task
Select a task marked with a black dot, and the task details will open.
At the bottom of the task page, the associated reservation will appear, if applicable, providing check-in and check-out information.
You can claim the task if it is not already assigned to your role and proceed with its completion by adding photos and videos to each checklist item, if needed.
If you are the task manager, you can reject the job that was done by clicking Uncomplete at the bottom of the task.
If you are the task inspector, you can Approve or Reject the task completion at the bottom of the task.
Edit a task
If you are the account holder or have an administrator or rental manager role in PM Modules, you can edit certain settings of a task.
Select a task marked with a black dot, and its details will open.
You can then edit the task's title and description, as well as its start and due dates and the assigned user. You can also delete the task at the bottom of the task details.
